We don't offer mobile car detailing at the moment but we do plan to launch that as a new part of our company in the near future. Stay tuned!

Detailing your vehicle can range from 1 to 3.5 hours depending on the package you choose and the complexity of the job. We don't rush any work EVER to ensure we give your vehicle the best quality detailing results possible! Please note that large vehicles, vehicles with pet hair, and vehicles that are extremely soiled will be subject to extra time.

We recommend doing a full interior only detail with shampoo package and a ceiling detail to remove any smells in your vehicle. If the odour is really strong, we offer a $49 ozone odour removal treatment that can be effective in removing the odour in combination with the detailing.

Our prices are unfortunately non negotiable. We use the highest end machines, tools, and products on the market to give our clients the best detailing results possible. We also pay our staff higher than any detailing shop or luxury dealer in the Ottawa area to ensure they provide the best quality results at all times. We do run 3 to 4 promotions annually so be sure to follow us on our instagram for any upcoming deals. PLEASE NOTE: We do offer special pricing for clients and companies bringing in 4+ vehicles.

We know life gets hectic so there is no issue when needing to cancel or reschedule your detailing appointment. Please note: We do require 24 hour notice for cancellations and to make changes to any appointments. Failure to give us 24 hours notice will result in a 50% deposit required for any future bookings. Sometimes we experience a large volume of online bookings and it can cause our system to glitch. We always receive your bookings but sometimes our system won't send out a confirmation email. In the rare case a booking confirmation email doesn't get sent out, feel free to give us a call at 613-233-0336 or message us on our website chat to confirm your booking for that extra piece of mind.

We highly recommend that you don't put your mats back in your vehicle until your floors are completely dry! We also recommend that you leave your windows down an inch to ensure moisture doesn't stay trapped in your vehicle. Doing this will prevent any unwanted smells in your vehicle as well. This is especially important during summer months.

Even though this is a very rare occurrence, feel free to mention it to our site manager and he'll gladly fix your desired issues. If you realize this once you've arrived at home, simply give us a call and we'll fix any areas that were missed at your earliest convenience. We've got you covered from start to finish! PLEASE NOTE: Vehicles with years of salt & fabric seat stain build up may require a quick second visit thats included free of charge.
